Your Opportunity:
As a qualified Occupational Therapist working across Residential Aged Care and Community settings, you will be joining a large and collaborative multidisciplinary team providing personalised treatments.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* In the community, the consumers you will be seeing are referred through government-funded models such as Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and Private funding. We are not your typical community provider; we set achievable billable KPIs (ask us more).
* Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care, skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and the aged care facilities, and work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.
