Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, preferably from quick service restaurants or pubs, and a passion for creating a family-friendly dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage staffing levels, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Coordinate private functions and events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Engage with the local community to build relationships and promote the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in quick service or pub environments.
