Job Description

Full Time (11.00 am - 7.00 pm). Potential Saturday, Sunday and public holiday rosters are available on request. Entry-level position with great opportunity for career advancement. Recent graduates with university/TAFE lab experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

* Sample receipt and documentation
* Sample weighing and allocation
* Processing of food samples for chemical and microbiological analysis
* Performance of equipment quality control and maintenance
* Assisting sample reception staff when required
* Assisting with laboratory's store management system

Qualifications

Certificate / Diploma in Laboratory Techniques; or equivalent qualification; or significant laboratory experience.
