Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead a team of facilities professionals at one of our remote villages in Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional site operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Supervise and schedule work for facilities professionals
* Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
* Maintenance Services: Maintain site grounds, facilities, and buildings
* Repair and Maintenance: Perform non-technical general repairs and maintenance
* Leadership Development: Facilitate a team environment and foster a culture of service excellence
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a maintenance or trades assistant role
* Leadership Experience: Minimum 6 months' experience supervising a team
* Licenses: LF Forklift license and manual driver's license
* Knowledge: Knowledge of equipment and materials used in facilities operations
Benefits:
* Competitive Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
* Superannuation: 12% Superannuation (paid on all rostered hours)

* Annual Incentive Bonus: $7k annual incentive bonus for local candidates
* FIFO: FIFO included for Perth-based candidates
