About the Role
We are currently recruiting skilled and passionate Spa Therapists to join our opening team. We are welcoming applications for full time, part time and casual positions.
As a Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional treatments and create a calming and rejuvenating experience for our guests. You will have a strong knowledge of wellness therapies, excellent customer service skills and a genuine interest in guest care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a wide range of spa treatments including massage, facials, body scrubs, and beauty therapies
* Consult with guests to tailor treatments to their individual needs
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation in all treatment areas
* Keep accurate records of client history and treatment details
* Recommend spa products and promote wellness offerings
* Stay informed about new treatments and industry trends
What We Are Looking For
* Cert 4 in Massage therapy, Diploma Beauty Therapy or Diploma Remedial Massage (Essential).
* Minimum of one year experience as a Spa Therapist
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
* Valid certifications and any required state-based licensing
* A passion for wellness, sustainability, and hospitality
