About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the team at MacKillop College, Bathurst and support with the operations of the administration function.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Key tasks will include:
* General administrative support across the College Office and Learning Centre.
* Assistance with finance tasks, including receipting and direct debits.
* Reception duties, including phone and counter inquiries.
* Administrative support for student attendance.
* Administrative tasks for uniform and stationery sales and orders.
* First Aid support for students, including treatment of minor injuries.
* Monitoring and managing student medication, including off-campus activities.
* Maintaining accurate First Aid records and treatment notes.
* Reporting serious injuries or incidents to the Office Manager.
* Communicating with parents as required.
