The Identity and Access Technology (IAT) team form a key pillar for the wider Group Security practice. The team manages a variety of key services including Identity Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Authentication and Access Control solutions and services, Workforce Identity Lifecycle Management etc. This team ensures the safety and security of data and services and offers solutions to provide controlled access to key employees and stakeholders.
**Do work that matters**
An opportunity has become available to join the Workforce Identity Lifecycle Management crew and support the strategy of protecting the group by ensuring the right access, to the right systems, at the right times. In this position you will support and enable the migration of Group Security IT Services from legacy platforms to the strategic IAM/ PAM platforms.
**In this role you will**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment
- Work with business, IT Services, controls, risk management and compliance stakeholders to ensure IT Service that are on-boarded comply with Group policies, controls, risk standards and obligations
- Owns and manages on-boarding processes, initiatives and activities to facilitate the migration of Group Security IT Services from legacy platforms to the strategic IAM/ PAM platforms
- Build awareness of the on-boarding journey, educating business stakeholder, IT Services and delivery teams
- Assist with data gathering and validation ensuring the controls & risk standards are met, facilitate workshops, provide inputs / guidance on integration patterns and assist with select testing, deployment & change management activities
- Provide inputs and assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / OCM materials

**Essential**
- Strong domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management
- Experience with Confluence, JIRA and good documentation skills
- Strong communication skills required to comfortably deal with, manage and influence stakeholders and provide updates to Senior Managers
- Work with leadership to develop and drive business commitments and outcomes
- Have leadership capabilities to drive an initiative and develop and educate the team
- Have strong Stakeholder Management skills to support, guide, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Have good problem solving and analysis skills with a strong risk, quality, and productivity mindset
- Have the confidence to question the status-quo, to truly understand and to offer constructive challenge to find better ways to do things
**Desirable**:
- Have hands-on experience in SailPoint and its features
- Dell One Identity, CyberArk experience
- On-boarding of IT Services to IAM Platforms
