We're on the lookout for a Marketing Executive to join our busy marketing team. This is a hands‐on role with plenty going on, where you'll be supporting the delivery of marketing activity across multiple projects, campaigns and communities.
From coordinating campaigns and managing suppliers to helping bring new ideas to life, you'll be across a mix of digital and offline marketing activity. With several projects moving at once, you'll need to be organised, detail‐focused and comfortable working to deadlines, without losing sight of quality.
No two days are the same, but that's part of the appeal. If you enjoy variety, like seeing your work out in the world, and get satisfaction from keeping projects moving, you'll feel right at home. You'll be joining a team that moves quickly, works collaboratively, and cares about delivering strong marketing outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll support the planning and delivery of marketing activity across Ausbuild's communities and corporate brand. Your day-to-day will be varied, fast paced, and hands‐on, and will include:
* Marketing Campaigns & Brand Management: Lead Ausbuild estate and corporate brand campaigns, including community launches, brochures, eDMs, websites, photography, and events, under guidance of the Marketing Communications Manager.
* Content Creation & Coordination: Plan, brief, and execute photoshoots, film, and social media content; attend off‐site shoots and manage social media publishing, monitoring, and engagement.
* Collateral & Asset Management: Coordinate day‐to‐day workflows, maintain records of signage, POS materials, brochures, and product catalogues across sales centres.
* Sponsorship & Event Support: Assist with sponsorship EOIs, plan and coordinate sponsorship events, and liaise with external stakeholders including brand, media, and creative agencies.
* Copywriting & Communication: Write and coordinate marketing collateral copy, ensuring consistency across print and digital.
About You
You're someone who likes being hands‐on and getting things done. You're naturally organised, have a great eye for detail, and can juggle multiple deadlines while still delivering polished work. You stay calm when priorities shift and enjoy working across a mix of marketing projects.
You're proactive, reliable, and happy to jump in where needed, whether that's coordinating a campaign, chasing a deadline, or helping bring an idea to life. You take pride in your work, communicate clearly, and enjoy being part of a team that's busy for all the right reasons.
Qualifications
* A relevant tertiary qualification and practical experience in a marketing role.
* Around 2–3 years' experience working across campaigns, content and coordination.
* Experience in property, retail or professional services marketing would be highly regarded.
* The ability to stay organised, prioritise effectively and keep projects moving.
* Strong attention to detail and a genuine care for quality.
* A positive, can‐do approach and the confidence to take initiative.
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
