Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This is a key leadership role that will support the Store Manager in coaching, developing and mentoring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail sales environment and a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations. They will also have a desire to be part of a high-performance culture and achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPI's.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve business objectives and providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service delivery. You will also be involved in maintaining a high-performing sales environment and driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising, stock management and customer engagement.
