About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to champion quality practice and continuous improvement across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring leadership teams to deliver high-quality results, ensure compliance, and drive business growth.
* Reporting directly to Operations on key performance indicators.
* Leading a team of direct reports and driving business outcomes.
* Supporting Centre Managers and Educators in their roles.
* Embedding core operating processes and ensuring compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

4. Building strong relationships with Centre Managers and Educators.

About You:
* Hold a bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent.
* Proven leadership experience in a multi-site management position.
* Extensive knowledge of long day care operations, including EYLF, National Quality Standard, assessment and rating procedures.
* A resilient self-starter with a forward-thinking mindset.
