* Role: Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Light Vehicle Mechanic willing to upskill
* Location: Toowoomba, QLD
* Type: Permanent Full-Time
Responsibilities
o Complete all service and maintenance tasks
o Repair faults promptly
o Attend to breakdowns and emergencies
o Dismantle and remove engine assemblies, transmissions, and other components
o Understand NHVAS requirements
o Complete paperwork timely
o Assemble heavy vehicles and mobile equipment
o Comply with onsite OHSE standards
Skills and Experience / Qualifications
o Qualifications: Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology with willingness to upskill
o Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar industry
o Skills: Knowledge of basic Electronic Fault Diagnostic Equipment, C class driver’s licence (HR or higher is desirable)
o NHVAS: Familiarity with National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme requirements
