Peel Property Solutions are a small to medium, Mandurah based building company Specialising in Renovations. Strong growth in the last 3 years has us requiring an additional Building Supervisor.
We are seeking a Site Supervisor with strong residential construction experience to join our team working in the Peel Region. You will be supervising an established trade base as well as some hands on work.
Requirements of the role
* Experience assessing and managing safety hazards and ability to drive safety culture.
* Be able to manage multiple projects at any one time.
* Deliver and maintain a high quality and have an active quality trade base.
* Have the ability to communicate with trades, suppliers and clients.
* Previous experience as a site supervisor in residential construction and/or a trade certificate (bricklayer preferred).
* Be able to work independent and unsupervised whilst remaining part of a team.
* Be able to problem solve and remain calm under times of pressure.
* IT and computer competency.
* Experience in renovation work, working inside established houses.
* Full clean driving licence.
