The role
- The team in Canberra is not too big or too small, so this is a rare opportunity to work across a variety of projects as opposed to getting pigeonholed into working on the same type of project day in day out.
- They have great clients who's projects are as diverse as they are challenging.
- Due to growth they are seeking a junior to intermediate level Structural Engineer to work alongside highly respected senior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare structural designs for medium and high-rise buildings
- Undertaking components of design such as steel, precast concrete, post tensioned concrete, masonry and timber
- Plan design packaging and design interfaces
- Produce designs and design documentation
- Manage the verification of the design in accordance with the quality system
- Work alongside highly experiences senior engineers
The requirements

- Experienced (3+ years) working in a local consultancy
- Experience using Software packages Inducta, Spacegass and Rapt
- Experience in structural design components
