We're in an exciting period of growth and are now seeking a Senior Research Nurse to join our newly established Outpatient Study Team at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. Your Role in Our Future
As a Senior Research Nurse with Linear, you will work with healthy trial participants across a diverse range of clinical trials, delivering high-quality nursing care whilst ensuring study protocols are followed and participant wellbeing is prioritised. Working closely with the Head of Projects, you will contribute your clinical expertise to support the operational set-up and delivery of trials, support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, and assist in supervising and guiding junior clinical staff.
Responsibilities
* Administration of Investigational Product (IP) follows APHRA guidelines, company SOPs, and GCP standards, with STN/DAP dosing instructions correctly prepared before the start of each project.
* Support to the set-up of clinical trials in accordance with clinic, protocol and resourcing requirements.
* Provide training and ongoing supervision to junior staff performing clinical activities including ECG, blood collection, venepuncture and cannulation.
* Actively monitor participants ensuring participant safety is managed through sound judgement and decision making.
This is a full-time position offering day shift hours during Monday-Friday.
Your Experience
You're an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse who enjoys delivering high-quality patient care in a structured clinical environment. You're organised, detail-oriented, and confident working within study protocols while supporting and guiding others in the team.
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
* Experience supporting, mentoring, or supervising junior staff.
* A collaborative approach and confidence working within a multidisciplinary team.
