Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the contract and delivery of an exciting apartment construction project.
* Manage contracts and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Oversee tendering for education projects.
* Coordinate all aspects of project management, from planning to execution.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in comercial buildings on prtojects upwards of $5M.
* Experience in apartment builds and/or education projects is a plus.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Strong experience in tendering projects upwards of $5M.
* A commitment to quality and safety in all aspects of construction.
