Location and Home - Fernhill is a large 164 Residential Aged Care Home located in Caboolture, close to public transport and shopping precinct.
The Job: Night Duty RN
As a Registered Nurse you will use your clinical skills to deliver a person-centred care and service delivery for all Residents. Provide safe and effective evidence-based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating care for Residents in accordance with scope of practice, and coordinated health and allied services care planning.
- Previous Aged Care experience
- You will have a passion for Aged Care industry
- Complete all training as required.
- High level of English skills written and verbal.
- Collaborative and friendly approach to all team members, residents and their family/friends / visitors
