About your new role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be a pivotal part of the team. This is a broad role giving you exposure to both Financial and Management Accounting duties. You will be required to wear many hats by supporting parts of the business with end-to-end Accounting functions. Your core duties will include: Lead month-end close activities, including journal preparation, account reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial outcomes. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, delivering timely and insightful monthly financial reports for Executive and Board-level review. Develop cash flow forecasts and support the proactive management of liquidity across the business. Prepare and lodge BAS, FBT returns, and other tax-related schedules in accordance with relevant deadlines. Contribute to group-level activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and external audits. Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing valuable insights to stakeholders. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing more efficient processes and financial practices About you! CPA/CA qualified or equivalent, including overseas qualification 3-5 yrs Accouinting experience ideally in a medium to large organisation Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with both finance and operations Strong technical skills including advanced excel and large ERP system experience You are curious, agile and looking to progress your career in a dynamic and supportive environment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines What's in it for you?
