As an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) at Cuddles Early Learning & Childcare, you will inspire a team of qualified, passionate and supportive Educators. You will need to possess the following:
* Must hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood or Equivalent)
* Current Working with Children Check
Responsibilities/Duties include:
* To produce and teach a curriculum in line with the WA Kindergarten Curriculum Guidelines
* Oversee and maintain the developmental records of each child
* Oversee and collaborate with staff to ensure that the program is continually improving
* Oversee that each room is aesthetically supporting family involvement and representing each child and their needs and interests.
* Understand and implement the EYLF in your program
* To possess a sound understanding of the National Quality Standards and National Quality Framework
* To provide ongoing support and assistance to the Authorised Supervisor in all administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training, and any other areas as the need arises
