Job Description

Assist the Principal in educational leadership, management, and administration of a school or college. Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure effective learning environments.


Key Responsibilities

* Supervise teaching staff and support their professional development.
* Develop and implement curriculum plans to meet student needs.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

* Current registration to work with vulnerable people.
* A registered teacher with full registration.
* Qualifications established by the Teaching Service Award.

Desirable Requirements:

* Four years or more training as defined in the Teaching Service Award.
