We are currently looking to add an amazing
Welder & Sheet Metal Worker
to join our Fabrication team.
Responsibilities
Welding signs from small scale light boxes to large pylons
Interpreting technical drawings and assessing materials and tools needed to complete the project
Working within a highly skilled and well established team environment
Collaborating with other departments during the manufacturing process
Documenting and reporting material usage
Reporting and participating in investigations and corrective actions as required
Qualifications
Previous experience or exposure in the signage industry
Experience working with various metals (i.e. Steel, aluminium)
Experience with metal working machinery (i.e. Guillotines, drill press, rollers)
MIG & TIG welding experience
Some experience or knowledge with signage manufacturing beneficial
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Skills & Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing projects and personal workflow
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
The ability to read engineering drawings and execute accordingly
Attention to detail with the task at hand
The ability to work to deadlines and reprioritise if needed
To self-motivate and show initiative with problem solving
