Your new role:
In this senior role, you will provide specialist psychological services to adolescents admitted to an acute inpatient unit, applying advanced clinical judgement and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
You will:
Deliver senior-level psychological assessment, intervention and evaluation
Manage complex clinical presentations in a fast-paced inpatient environment
Act as a clinical reference point within the psychology and interprofessional team
Contribute to evidence-based practice, policies and service development
Provide supervision, education and support to HP3 clinicians and students
About you:
You are an experienced psychologist with strong clinical capability and confidence working in acute adolescent mental health environments.
You will bring:
APAC-accredited psychology qualification and AHPRA eligibility
Advanced experience in adolescent or acute mental health settings
Strong clinical judgement, prioritisation and risk assessment skills
Ability to work collaboratively within interprofessional teams
Experience in supervision, education or clinical leadership
