As we continue scaling nationally, we're looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing Operations team.

About the Role
You'll sit at the centre of our maintenance and service operations - working closely with customers, installers, finance companies, and internal teams to keep jobs moving and issues resolved quickly.
From coordinating maintenance bookings and investigating complaints to supporting installer relationships and evaluating system performance, no two days look the same.
This role suits someone highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident managing multiple moving parts at once.
Please note: This role is onsite Monday–Friday at our vibrant Byron Bay HQ located in the industrial estate. Please only apply if you reside in the Northern Rivers.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate maintenance and service bookings nationwide
* Provide customers with updates, timelines, and next steps
* Work closely with installers to ensure jobs run smoothly
* Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
* Support payment collections and finance-related follow-ups
* Build strong relationships with installers across Australia
* Recruit and onboard new installers nationally
* Work closely with our Tech, Operations, and Installs teams
* Develop a strong understanding of solar and battery systems
* Keep systems, notes, and customer records accurate and updated
About You
* 1-2 years experience in customer service, client support, coordination, or call centre environments
* Strong communicator with excellent people skills
* Calm under pressure and confident de‐escalating situations
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Tech savvy and comfortable using systems and spreadsheets
* Salesforce, Google Sheets, or Excel experience highly regarded
* Insurance claims or renewable energy experience is a bonus
* Passionate about sustainability and delivering great customer experiences
