CBRE is seeking a capable, self-directed Centre Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of Gungahlin Village, a key retail destination within the local community.

This is a part-time role (22.5 hours per week) offering genuine flexibility. You choose how your hours are worked, while maintaining full accountability for centre operations, tenant relationships and financial outcomes.

This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in operational excellence, and values building trusted, long-term relationships with retailers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring safety, compliance and presentation standards
* Manage budgets, financial reporting and operational performance
* Oversee tenant lease obligations, compliance and key dates
* Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and retailers
* Build strong, trusted tenant and stakeholder relationships
* Coordinate contractors, maintenance and facilities services
* Support local activations, promotions and community initiatives
* Ensure compliance with WHS, risk and statutory requirements

About You
You are comfortable working independently, setting priorities and making decisions. You will bring:

* Experience in shopping centre management, retail operations, property management or facilities management
* ACT Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong financial capability, including budgeting and reporting
* Proven stakeholder and tenant relationship management skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A practical, hands-on approach with sound judgement
* (residential-only property management experience is not suited to this role)
