Position: Medical Receptionist
Location: Coffs Harbour
The Role: This is a permanent part-time position, reporting to the Office Manager. You will be based at both our Coffs Harbour and Specialist Medical Centre clinics Monday to Friday with shifts rostered between 7am - 9pm.
Greet patients warmly and assist with arrival procedures.
Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries professionally.
Collaborate with clerical and technical staff, as well as primary healthcare providers.
Build and grow a comprehensive knowledge of diagnostic radiology.
Our Coffs Harbour clinics thrive on a great culture with a small, supportive clerical team. We strive to provide the best services to the community, including our MRI department's recently extended hours to 9pm.
Requirements:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Availability to work the early and late shifts.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
