Job Overview: Logistics Coordinator Assistant

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate logistics operations Monday - Friday (5am-1.30pm). The role will assist the operations team and work closely with fleet management to achieve daily work requirements.
This includes assisting with cost-efficient allocation of equipment, informing drivers on loading procedures, monitoring pickups and deliveries, and completing incident reports in detail. Effective communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable individual who possesses excellent customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude.
* Logistics experience (highly desirable)
