About the Role
Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional dining, bar, and event experiences. Oversee daily restaurant service, functions, events, and bar operations to drive profitability, team performance, and brand alignment.

Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Lead and manage F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness.
* Functions and Events Coordination: Manage event inquiries, create and promote tailored event packages, and coordinate with clients and internal departments for successful delivery.
* Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and roster F&B staff, foster a positive team culture, and monitor revenue and costs to ensure profitability.
* Guest Experience and Brand Alignment: Ensure service delivery aligns with the hotel's brand vision, personally handle VIP bookings and customer feedback, and implement seasonal updates to F&B offerings.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years' experience in a hospitality supervisory or managerial role, demonstrated event coordination and hospitality management experience, strong RSA and compliance knowledge, and relevant certifications.
