Human Resources Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage HR functions across blue and white-collar workforces.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft, issue, and manage employment contracts.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
* Manage onboarding processes, including internal inductions and visa applications.
* Lodge and manage workers' compensation claims.
* Provide support for safety-related matters.
* Oversee recruitment for skilled roles.
* Build relationships with labour providers.
* Perform performance reviews and manage employee onboarding.
The ideal candidate has experience in human resources advisory or coordination, understands employment law, and is proactive, organised, and able to communicate confidently with employees at all levels.
