Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a highly organised Scheduler to join our team! This role coordinates the design and budget review process, and schedules early construction works to facilitate a smooth transition to the Site Managers.
About your new career
* In conjunction with the team, develop, update, and monitor construction schedules to align with project milestones and delivery timelines.
* Undertake site visits, report relevant information back to the team.
* Communicate with Site Managers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
* Schedule PC1 and PC2 requirements.
* Identify scheduling risks or delays and recommend adjustments. Update schedules to reflect delays, changes, or variations.
* Create, organise and maintain project documentation.
About you
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a construction coordination/scheduling environment, with a track record of developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a construction, project or property development/management company.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Strong problem-solving skills and technical construction knowledge.
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to read and interpret plans.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
* A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar.
* White Card.
* Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
