We're Hiring: Chef de Partie / Senior Cook!
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie / Senior Cook to join the Chinese / Japanese culinary team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a solid understanding of kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

What You'll Do:
* Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards
* Supervise junior kitchen staff and assist with training
* Collaborate with the head chef on menu planning and development
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Contribute innovative ideas for seasonal menus
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume Chinese or Japanese kitchen
* Able to communicate in both English & Mandarin
* Strong culinary skills with attention to detail
* Experience in a commercial kitchen environment
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Passion for quality food and customer satisfaction
* Knowledge of current food trends and dietary restrictions
Remuneration:
* Salary: AUD 26-35 per hour, depends on experience
* Annual Package: Up to AUD 75,000
* Accommodation will be provided
