**The role and responsibilities**:
- Providing the highest level of customer service
- Working in a fast-paced team environment
- Achieve individual key performance indicators
- Building strong Customer Relationships
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- A background in Retail/Customer Service
- Excellent computer/data entry skills
- Superior telephone skills (ability to build rapport)
- Good presentation and a bright outgoing personality
- A real passion for Customer Service and a genuine interest in helping people
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Great attention to detail
