THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to the opening of our newest retail store in Geraldton, we are seeking a career orientated professional to join our newly formed team.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will liaise with our trade and retail customer base, servicing a wide range of our products and services to ensure that our customers get exactly what they need!
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 38 hours across Monday-Friday with potential overtime during peak periods.
Remuneration: Up to $85,000 base salary plus superannuation (depending on relevant skills and experience) and store discount.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
o Assisting customers to find innovative design solutions utilising CAD software
o Prepare accurate and timely project quotations
o Maintaining store stock levels and general housekeeping
o Assist in customer pick-up area to ensure product are loaded safely into customer vehicles
o Engage in regular product and sales training
o Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU
o Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
o A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
o Previous experience within a retail and /or building industry preferred
o Competency with software systems
o Forklift license or willingness to obtain
o Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
