We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Op Shop Manager to lead our newest store in Willetton.

You'll lead day-to-day operations, inspire a team of dedicated volunteers, and deliver an exceptional customer experience - all while helping generate vital funds for cat rescue, rehoming and care.You'll work closely with Cat Haven's leadership team to:Achieve sales targets through smart stock management and visual merchandisingPromote the store through creative advertising and social mediaBuild strong community relationships to encourage donations and supportFoster a positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven team cultureSupported by the Op Shop Supervisor this role has potential for future expansion across other Cat Haven Op Shop facilities in the Perth metropolitan area.What You'll Need to Succeed in This RoleTo thrive as Cat Haven's Op Shop Manager, you'll bring a unique blend of retail expertise, leadership, and compassion.
Here's what we are looking for:3 - 4 years' experience in retail management (Op Shop experience highly regarded)Solid knowledge of fashion brands, visual merchandising and stock controlExperience pricing and sorting donated goods with ethical and sustainable practicesOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, inclusive approach to customer serviceDemonstrated collaborative leadership in managing, training, and supporting teams, and fostering a culture of positivity and accountabilityExperience in rostering, onboarding, training and performance management of employeesStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCalm, resourceful and creative approach to problem solvingDemonstrated success in budget management, growing revenue and meeting sales targets with POS system experience and retail analyticsSocial media savvy with a knack for creative flair to promote in-store events, seasonal campaigns and community engagementPhysical fitness to perform manual handling tasksUnderstanding of Work Health and Safety principles and safe work practicesA current WA Driver's Licence and Police ClearanceWhy Join Cat Haven?
