About This Role
In this specialised clinical position, you will provide advanced nursing assessment and kidney care to patients requiring Peritoneal Dialysis.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering advanced assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of Peritoneal Dialysis care for patients with complex kidney conditions.
Supporting the coordination of care with strong communication, safe documentation, and proficient EMR practice.
About You
You are a dedicated and clinically capable nurse with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality kidney specialist care.
You bring leadership, accountability and a commitment to improving outcomes for patients with chronic kidney disease.
You Will Demonstrate
Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in kidney specialist nursing, including Peritoneal Dialysis.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement and reflective learning.
