Our client, a national allied health provider, specialises in disability support across the lifespan and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist.
They deliver personalised services that empower clients to live the life they choose, offering career growth, leadership pathways, and a clinician-focused culture.
* Salaries starting at $90,000 - $122,000 + Salary Packaging + NFP Benefits
* Paediatric Caseload based in clinic and out in the community

Your Role:
* Deliver evidence-based, person-centred therapy to children and adults with disabilities within a multi-disciplinary team.
* Manage a diverse caseload, supporting clients, families, and carers to achieve their goals.
* Conduct assessments and implement tailored intervention strategies.
* Provide therapy across various settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and via telehealth.

Salaries starting at $90,000 - $122,000 (including super) + Salary Packaging
Salary Packaging includes:

External PD Allowance: $1000 + 10 days paid professional development leave
Supervision: Fortnightly or monthly 1:1 supervision with a senior Speech Pathologist with 6+ years of experience.
Peer Support: Fortnightly team meetings to discuss complex cases and support caseload management.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* SPA membership
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Driver's license and own vehicle
