What You'll Bring: Proven experience in retail management, ideally as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales performance. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A love for footwear, fashion, and fitness, with a keen interest in staying current with trends.
