We have an opportunity available for a skilled Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst to join a high-performing finance team supporting complex, large-scale operations. This role is suited to a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys combining detailed analysis with business partnering.
About the role
You will provide high-quality financial analysis, modelling and reporting to support informed decision-making across multiple business areas. Acting as a trusted finance partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver budgets, forecasts, insights and performance reporting. The role also contributes to the development and maintenance of financial models and dashboards, including tools such as Power BI and enterprise financial modelling systems.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver insightful financial analysis, reporting and commentary
* Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting cycles
* Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards (e.g. OLAP, Pover BI)
* Partner with business leaders to support financial decision-making
* Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements
About you
* CPA/CA qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting and reporting
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement capability
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
