**Recruitment Advisor**
- Salary $79,122 - $87,599 (plus superannuation)
- Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- 1x Ongoing and 2x Fixed term opportunities
**Your new role**
As a Recruitment Advisor you'll play a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of recruitment activities across the department's corporate (VPS) workforce. You'll provide recruitment advice and support, advertise opportunities, manage pre-employment checks, draft and issue offers, and help ensure a smooth and compliant recruitment process in a timely manner.
Using your strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills, you 'll work within the broader recruitment team to respond to recruitment requests and queries, provide advice and ensure processes align with VPS and Department of Education policy.
You'll also contribute to the implementation of a new innovative operating model to introduce more efficient work methods and enhance service delivery to the business.

You bring experience in recruitment and a track record in fast-paced, high-volume environments that balance quality services with policy compliance. Your collaborative approach and ability to build positive relationships will enable you to work with other areas of the department to ensure an overall exceptional client experience.
Your capacity for collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and cultivating genuine relationships will be pivotal to your success.
A strong knowledge and understanding of Victorian Public Sector HR policies, procedures, and practices is highly desirable.
