Your new role
* Providing friendly, professional service at the front counter and over the phone
* Managing local warehouse inventory, including stock checks and internal transfers
* Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and promptly
* Handling customer returns and coordinating with the returns team
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
* Supporting general office duties including filing and order processing
What you'll need to succeed
* Mandatory Forklift Licence
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus)
* Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or warehouse operations
* Experience in face-to-face customer interaction and stock management (preferred)
* A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences
