Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

* Salary range: $93,556 to $103,074 p.a. (AO4)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
* Plus great Salary Packaging options to increase take-home pay
* Flexible working arrangements may be available

About your opportunity

* Coordinate and manage all recruitment, appointment, induction and on boarding functions for the medical staff of the Surgical Service Group, ensuring provision of a, customer focused and, high quality service.
* Provide high-level advice and support to doctors with regard to relocation entitlements, recruitment options, workplace inductions and payroll enquiries.
* Investigate and resolve issues relating to medical employee appointments and conditions of employment and act flexibly and resourcefully, seeking further support from the Business Partner's when required.
* Apply high level administrative skill and expertise, discretion, problem-solving and judgement to work with a high degree of autonomy and consistently meet deadlines.
