Lifecare is seeking a Senior Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a part-time opportunity(approx.30hours per week)working to support our Allied Health team inMornington.
You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, you willmaintaina clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and replenishments, and complete other administrative tasks asrequired.
This position given its nature isrequiredto deliver a professional and confidential service whilst alsodemonstratinga high quality of customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming environment.
* Build andmaintainstrong relationships with GPs, specialists, insurers, and community stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and service delivery.
* Ensure all WH&S requirements are met and risks are managed effectively.
WhatYou'llBring
* Experience working withallied health clinicianswould be an advantage but not essential
* Experience with a medical/clinical software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
