  Technical Business Analyst 6 Month Fixed Term Contract About the job As Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will lead business analysis for CPA Australiaâs mobile app, partnering with the Squad Lead, Product Owner, internal teams and external vendors. The role focuses on eliciting, documenting and validating business and technical requirements, analysing current and future states, and ensuring solutions meet user and organisational needs. You will produce high-quality documentation, support testing and change management, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate complex requirements into fit-for-purpose outcomes. This position is critical to delivering accurate, user-centred and technically sound mobile app enhancements in an agile, collaborative environment. About you You are an experienced Technical Business Analyst with at least five years in similar roles, ideally across mobile apps, digital platforms and customer-facing systems. You bring strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, process mapping, testing support and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions. Key Requisites: Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in a similar Technical Business Analyst role Proven experience with mobile apps, digital platforms, and end-user facing systems Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML payloads, authentication methods, and system integration concepts Experience translating business requirements into detailed API specifications, mapping documents, and interface contracts Strong capability in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation Experience producing artefacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and technical documentation Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and tools such as Jira and Confluence Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills Ability to support testing, UAT, defect management, and change management activities Desirable exposure to technologies such as OKTA, MuleSoft, D365, Sitecore, or React Native  Why We Love Working at CPA Australia  At CPA Australia, weâre proud of our vibrant, values-led culture.
