Customer Service & Logistics Planner (Allocator) | Brisbane
The role:
We are seeking reliable and conscientious individuals with a passion for customer service, eager to learn and develop into our logistics allocator role, as part of our friendly Customer Service Centre team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Regional Manager, your team will deliver high-quality customer service and logistics expertise, ensuring we plan towards the perfect day for our customers.
Where will you be working?
Our modern open-plan office is located in the Skygate Precinct - Brisbane Airport. It features energy, coffee machines, and a team-centric environment. We offer onsite parking, end-of-trip facilities, and celebrate milestones with social activities. About the Role:
1. Shifts are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, with flexibility to work between 4am-7pm as needed, with notice.
2. This is a full-time permanent position, including 1 in 3 Saturdays.
* Salary: $64,900 - $66,500 + super, plus quarterly bonuses.
