Job Specification
As the Dispensary Manager, you'll oversee the dispensary operations of this community pharmacy and lead a well-resourced team, ensuring holistic, patient-centred care is provided at all times. This role is perfect for a Pharmacist eager to take the next step in their career with the support to operate at full scope of practice. You will be heading up the dispensary team of Pharmacists and Dispense Technicians, whilst also having the backing of the involved, approachable owner. 40 hours per week with flexibility provided in the rostering. Options for fewer hours if preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the dispensary operations of a community pharmacy.
- Lead a team of Pharmacists and Dispense Technicians.
- Operate at full scope of practice with support from the owner and the team.
- Provide holistic, patient-centred care.
Skills Required
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for patient care.
- Interest in or experience with Full Scope of Practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
