About the role: Are you a passionate and self-driven legal skilled with at least 3 years of experience in family law?

Family Law seeks a Family Law Solicitor who can help clients navigate complex family matters with empathy, clarity and confidence.
The team provides tailored legal solutions and supports individuals and families through challenging times.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Principal Solicitor and collaborate with Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners and Counsellors to provide a holistic approach to family law.
Responsibilities Independently manage a diverse caseload from start to finish Advise on a broad range of family law matters including parenting, property, child support and maintenance Assist in preparing legally binding agreements such as consent orders and financial agreements Represent clients in dispute resolution processes following separation or family breakdown Occasionally represent clients in Court Role requirements Minimum 3 years post admission and solicitor experience in Family Law in Australia Hold a current Solicitor Practising Certificate in NSW Proven track record in handling diverse cases with empathy and professionalism Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail Ability to work collaboratively across the organisation High level of interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships with clients and stakeholders About us I relate.
