We have a FULL-TIME contract available for a FIXED TERM period of SIX MONTHS to support us through an significant phase of change and growth within our business, ending in March 2026. Your Role

Working in our Solutions Support team, you won't just have a job; you'll have the chance to “Create your Own Legacy .” You will be the bridge between our dedicated sales team and our cherished clients, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional customer experiences. Your dedication, positive attitude, and passion for learning will be your superpowers in this role.

What You'll Do

- Forge Strong Relationships: Foster strong connections between our sales team and clients, ensuring exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Be the Point of Contact: Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via phone and email, demonstrating your commitment to outstanding support.
- Efficiency is Key: Process orders with precision and speed, ensuring timely product distribution and delivery.
- Inventory Maestro: Manage office stock levels and collaborate with internal teams to maintain inventory seamlessly.
- Master of Multitasking: Handle various office administration tasks, from organizing files to managing correspondence and office supplies.
- Tech-Savvy: Utilize Microsoft Office and other software proficiently to carry out administrative tasks efficiently.
- Team Player: Actively support the WA team and the national support team, collaborating and contributing to achieve team objectives.
- Spread Positivity: Create a positive company culture by being a proactive and enthusiastic team member who uplifts the workplace.

Who We Are Looking For

- Strong administrative or customer service experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships.
- A sense of humor and a knack for bringing positivity to the workplace.
- Experience in the dental/medical industry is highly regarded but not essential.
