The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with clinical staff members, patients, and families in a professional and courteous manner. They will also be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including manual handling and walking distances. Adaptability is key, as the successful candidate will need to work all shifts on a 24/7 rotational roster and be flexible to changes in scheduling to meet hospital demands.
