As part of our continued growth and digital transformation, we are expanding our internal technology capability and seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to support and enhance our web platform and mobile applications.

About the Role
You will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our Laravel-based web platform and React Native mobile applications. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop, maintain, and improve backend systems using PHP and Laravel
• Build and support RESTful APIs for integration with internal and external systems
• Support frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React
• Contribute to ongoing development of mobile applications using React Native and Expo
• Assist with deployment and publishing to Apple App Store and Google Play
• Manage and integrate cloud services including AWS S3 and AWS Polly
• Support system integrations including Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), and third-party APIs
• Assist with migration of content from WordPress to our Laravel-based CMS (Statamic)
• Participate in testing, QA, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
• Collaborate with team members to plan, develop, test, and deploy new features

Ideal skills and experience include:
Backend Development
• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Experience with MySQL databases
Frontend / Full-Stack
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) skills
• Experience with React
• HTML, CSS, and responsive design experience
• Experience with Bootstrap or similar frameworks
Mobile Development
• Experience with React Native and Expo
• Experience deploying apps to Apple App Store and Google Play
Cloud, DevOps & Tools
• Experience with AWS services, particularly S3
• Experience using Git and version control workflows
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of QA, testing, and debugging practices
Highly regarded
• Experience with Statamic CMS
• Experience migrating content from WordPress
• Experience integrating SMS, payment, or voice services
