Accounts, Invoicing and Payroll Officer – Adelaide Taxi Trucks

Full-Time | Generous Salary

Adelaide Taxi Trucks is a trusted name in transport and logistics, proudly servicing businesses across Adelaide and beyond. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts, Invoicing and Payroll Officer to join our team.


About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a generous salary. You will play a pivotal role in providing and maintaining accurate databases and record keeping and be responsible for the general management of all office and administrative duties to support the business by overseeing operational efficiency, building strong client and employee relationships through effective communications, and other strategic and tactical planning.


Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and coordinate all office operations, ensuring seamless, timely and effective workflow.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records including invoicing, run/time sheets, bookkeeping/payroll information, new and existing employee documentation and any other relevant paperwork relating to business operations.
* Act as primary liaison between employees, Directors, customers and external stakeholders as required.
* Manage correspondence and communications as the first point of contact to the company such as phone calls, emails and letters.
* Track and manage office supplies and equipment.
* Support budgeting and financial procedures.
* Submit timely reports as assigned.
* Assist in onboarding new employees, creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
* Develop and implement systems to improve administration effectiveness, efficiency and communication.
* Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Provide support to enable change management initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and customer satisfaction.
* Undertake special projects as required.


About You

* Is self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Has proven experience in office administration, executive assistance, or other related roles.
* Is proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Xero Software experience preferred but not essential.
