Role Description
Join TS Global at our head office in Tomago, NSW, as a Customer Service Officer. If you're customer‑focused, detail‑driven, and enjoy working with a team that values accuracy, service excellence, and strong communication—this role could be perfect for you.
You'll be a key link between our customers, the Sales Team, and internal operations, ensuring smooth order flow from enquiry through to delivery. This full‑time role operates within our core business hours of
9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
—providing consistency and work‑life balance.
What You'll Do:
* Acting as the primary liaison between customers, Sales and internal manufacturing/warehouse teams
* Providing product guidance and technical assistance
* Processing customer orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate documentation
* Coordinating with warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery
* Investigating and resolving customer issues in collaboration with Quality and Sales
* Preparing invoices and managing customer portal uploads
* Maintaining accurate ERP data and contributing to internal reporting
* Identifying opportunities for process or customer service improvements
What You'll Bring:
* 3-5 years experience in internal sales, customer service or order processing
* Strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Initiative and accountability in managing your workload
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
* A continuous improvement mindset
* Experience with conveyor components (desirable but not essential)
