Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in project/contractual engineering/construction
* Degree qualification or equivalent, demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
* Comprehensive knowledge of commercial management, legal, and governance requirements of construction projects
Job Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to continuous improvement of document control systems
2. Develop proforma agreements
3. Provide assistance on commercial issues
4. Facilitate commercial disputes, mediation, and adjudication claims
5. Maintain working knowledge of head contract and proforma subcontracts
6. Ensure contractual notices are submitted as per contract requirements
7. Manage subcontract progress payment claims, variations, and final accounts
